Your new role
We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a newly launched Customer Advocacy Program focused on complaints management, resolution processes, and customer vulnerability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated environments (financial services preferred) and is passionate about improving customer outcomes through process and systems change.
You will be responsible for:
* Lead change for a program improving complaints resolution and vulnerable customer support
* Respond to regulatory changes and uplift internal processes
* Support systems changes and help teams upskill
* Apply a structured change framework with a strong focus on outcomes
* Start up and embed change across teams and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* 5+ years in Change Management, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry
* Experience in customer advocacy or complaints resolution
* Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
* Agile and traditional delivery model experience
* Able to translate technical change into clear business impact
What you'll get in return
* Day rate: $900 - $1000 + super per day
* Length of contract: 12 months
* WFH: Flexible, 2-3 days per week in the office
* Location: Sydney or Brisbane-based candidates will be considered for this role
