Overview
Role responsibilities: Work collaboratively with all members of the OCCIO multidisciplinary team to assist with appropriate administrative support. Whilst part of a broader team, the position requires being able to work with minimal supervision and a substantial commitment to self-management in prioritising and managing workloads and being able to represent OCCIO and eHealth Queensland (eHQ) in communications with senior staff across the state as required. Provide support and mentorship to the Administration Officer (AO3) ICT Graduate role as required.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-quality customer service in a large complex environment.
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
* Strong technical skills and experience in the use of computers and software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint 365, Microsoft Excel).
* Experience in providing Senior Administrative support to a high level, including but not limited to secretariat work, diary management, database management, record management, communications, and customer service.
Qualifications and Capabilities
* Delivery of high-quality customer service in a large complex environment.
* Oral and written communication skills.
* Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint 365, and Excel.
* Experience providing senior administrative support, including secretariat work, diary management, database management, record management, communications, and customer service.
Specific Working Conditions
* Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.
* An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
