* Perform scheduled, urgent, and ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, and inspections at commercial properties.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including detailed reports and safety documentation.
Key Requirements
* Hold a trade qualification in Electrical.
* Possess a valid Electrical License.
* Demonstrate extensive experience in commercial electrical maintenance.
* Hold a current Australian Driver's License.
* A white card and additional certifications are advantageous.
