What You'll Be Doing
Providing women-centered maternity care in collaboration with the healthcare team, supervising and supporting less experienced clinicians, and ensuring high-quality care.
Selection Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife
* Competency in caring for women and babies within a multidisciplinary team
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
* Leadership and supervision abilities
* Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload
Additional Requirements
This is a Category ‘A’ position requiring compliance with NSW Health vaccination policies, including proof of influenza vaccination.
