About the Role:
This role is responsible for guiding a team of educators, providing expert support and mentorship to ensure the highest quality care and education for children.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of child development principles, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
* Possess ANACERQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Hold current Blue Card
* Maintain current QLD Child Protection Training
* Hold current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
