As a dedicated leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to individuals with physical and psycho-social disabilities. As the Home Site Supervisor, you will guide and inspire a team to deliver person-centered care within our Home Service.
Duties Include:
* Supporting daily operations through effective management of resources in line with budget objectives. Ensuring staff awareness of individual requirements and working closely with them to provide tailored support that aligns with client plans, goals and any other needs they may have.
This role requires experience supervising site operations, delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures as well as possessing interpersonal skills for building relationships among stakeholders.
