Beyonddelivery,thisrolecarriesagenuineaccountmanagementresponsibility.You'llmanageexistingclientrelationshipsandactivelycontributetobuildingnewones–notasasalesfunction,butasaPMwhounderstandsthatthebestnewworkcomesfromdoingexceptionalworkandstayingclosetothepeoplewhomatter.
You'llworkdirectlywithanexperiencedGM+ManagingDirectorandasmall,seniorteam(ProjectManagers,ProjectCoordinators,Accounts).Nobureaucracy,nolayers.Weareafun,energeticbusinesswithanexperienced-operatormindsetandagenuine'cando''rereadytomakeanimpactinadynamicenvironmentandthriveinateamthatworkshardandcelebratestogether,we'dlovetohearfromyou.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery
- Managemultiplefitoutprojectssimultaneouslyacrossretail,hospitalityandcommercialsectors,fromcommissioningthroughtoqualityhandover
- Developdetailedprojectplans,programsandbudgets;deliverontimeandwithinfinancialtargets
- Coordinatein-housejoinerymanufacturingscheduleswiththeGoldCoastworkshopteam
- Scheduleandmanagealltradesonsite:electrical,plumbing,tiling,plastering,painting,concretecuttingandstructuralworks
- Conductregularsitevisitsincludingnightworksandshoppingcentreenvironments
- Managevariations,designchangesandunforeseensiteconditionswithasolutions-firstapproach–weworkproblemsout,wedon'twalkawayfromthem
- DelivertoHallmarc'squalitystandardswithdefect-freehandoverseverytime
Compliance & Safety
- Ensurecompliancewithbuildingcodes,AustralianStandards,andshoppingcentre/landlordrequirements(white/redcards,accessprotocols)
