ABOUT THE ROLE The Encoreship is a ground-breaking initiative powered by a brand collective providing employment opportunities for women who have been out of the workforce for an extended period and are ready to return, or are looking for a career change. It is an opportunity to upskill, build confidence and gain valuable and practical experience. Saint Valentine Jewellery are proud to be partnering with The Encoreship for a 3-month placement within our Ecommerce team. This is a fixed-term opportunity from early October 2025 to January 2026. Reporting to the Ecommerce and Marketing Manager, this role was designed to provide reintegration and exposure within digital product management, including asset management, product description, tagging, and SEO optimisation and day to day management of the website, as well as management of our partnership with other online marketplaces. In addition, this placement will provide our successful Encorer with experience in delivering a strong online experience through UX, eCommerce initiatives, SEO optimisation, and online marketing tactics. Our Encorer will also coordinate product merchandising in alignment with the digital calendar to increase sales, conversion, and overall site aesthetic as well as working closely with our customer service and dispatch team to ensure the best in market online customer experience.We understand each Encorer may have different flexibility/life requirements while reintegrating back into the workforce. WebsiteCoordinate all site content, including homepage, product descriptions, images, videos, collections and merchandising Ensure the quality and brand consistency of our content is accurate, displayed correctly and optimised for SEOMonitor the site frequently to identify potential issues and ensure the best user experience Assist working with external agencies on site development and issues, being responsible for testing and QASupport any website development and/or projectsAssist with weekly and monthly ecommerce reporting,highlighting bestsellers, slow movers and promotional outcomes.Digital asset managementCoordinate with the design, production and marketing teams to assist with inventory management and information accuracy including sell through and sale stylesManage the roll out of promotions, campaigns and collection launchesRegular visual refreshes with banners, homepage sections and other digital elementsManage the upload of journal posts and press page entriesAssist with the management of our loyalty programMaintain awareness of industry trends and identify areas for improvement and innovation with competitor analysis The Iconic Assist management of all site content, including banner, product descriptions, images and videos Manage relationship with Iconic production teamsAssist management of promotions and strategyAssist with weekly and monthly reporting focussing on year on year growth, AOV, visibility and revenue.
