Seeking Experienced Civil Project Managers for Central Coast / Mackay region.
About the Role
A great opportunity for Senior Civil Engineers or Site Engineers/Project Engineers to take on a senior PM role, with a minimum of 7 years experience in road construction, maintenance and/or upgrade projects delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead teams to execute project life cycle stages, including planning studies, detailed designs and construction contracts.
* Manage and supervise projects according to TMR policies, standards and specifications.
* Develop budgets, create schedules, perform risk analysis and manage risks and issues.
* Maintain effective working relationships and communicate effectively with vendors and community.
* Ensure high-quality work and monitor progress, reporting as necessary.
Requirements
We require a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification accepted by the Institution of Engineers Australia.
A valid driver's licence and own mobile phone are mandatory. A laptop is also helpful.
The role involves working 45-55 hours over 5-6 days per week, with occasional work away from base in regional or remote locations.
