Senior Test Analyst (Multiple Roles) – Federal Government Program | Hybrid
We are seeking experienced Senior Test Analysts to join a major Federal Government ICT transformation program. These roles offer the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact digital initiatives in an Agile environment.

Role Overview
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be embedded within Agile delivery teams, responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on testing activities across multiple releases.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, execute, and report on test plans, scenarios, and test cases
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to define acceptance criteria
* Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
* Identify, track, and support resolution of defects
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes across releases
* Contribute to continuous improvement within Agile delivery teams
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong experience across test lifecycle (planning, execution, reporting)
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Microsoft Test Manager
* Proven ability to work in Agile delivery environments
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Self-driven and capable of working independently
Desirable Skills
* Experience with SQL, Postman, Selenium
* Exposure to test automation frameworks
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications
Key Details
* Contract Duration: Up to June 2027
* Start Date: June/July 2026
* Location: ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD (Hybrid)
* Work Setup: Combination of onsite and remote
* Security Clearance: Must hold or be able to obtain NV1 (Baseline required prior to start)
* Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
