The Aussie Hotel is seeking an energetic and versatileRestaurant Allrounderto join our team on a casual basis, working across a rotating7-day roster.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys jumping in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, attentive customer service across bar, bistro, and dining areas
Take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a clean, welcoming venue
Assist with bar service, including pouring drinks and restocking
Support kitchen and floor teams with general duties as required
Uphold venue standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer experience
About You
Friendly, reliable, and confident working with the public
Able to multitask and adapt to different roles throughout a shift
Comfortable working days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
