My client is a world leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and health, and is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional. 
Responsibilities 
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally 
Resolve customer queries efficiently and empathetically 
Provide accurate information about products and services 
Maintain customer records and update internal databases 
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 
Your Profile 
1-2 years experience in call centre/office environment 
Excellent verbal and written communication 
Passion to grow within a company 
Willingness to learn 
Hard working 
Team Player 
Benefits / Details

Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, (adaptable) 
Hybrid position 
$35.80 per hour 
40% working from home
