Ad Hoc Service Desk Analyst - Desktop, Networking, project

Role Description:
Successful Service Desk Analysts will be engaged for ad hoc project work, becoming regular assets for the team. The role involves attending client sites, providing professional communication with Education-based clients, and supporting desktop, infrastructure, and networking needs to deliver solutions. Experience in MSP environments and the ability to acquire a Working With Children Check are required.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients and the service delivery team regarding solution implementation.
* Engage professionally with clients, clearly and concisely.
* Follow communication protocols and ensure transparency.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to infrastructure and networking.
* Maintain accurate notes and update the Service Delivery Team.
* Provide on-site support, maintaining client infrastructure.
* Perform all work per SLAs.
Requirements
* 2+ years in ICT systems engineering or related field.
* Current Working With Children Check.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365.
* Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
* Familiarity with networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routers.
* Understanding of cloud technologies: IaaS, SaaS.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
