The opportunity Kinetic is embarking on one of its largest people and technology programs—a multi-year HCM & Payroll Transformation across Australia and New Zealand. We’re entering the design/build phase and need an experienced leader to help shape the future of HR and payroll for over 7,000 employees. What you'll do As the Workday (Core HR), Payroll & Time & Attendance Lead, you’ll act as the Architect and single point of contact for solution design and delivery. You will: Design end-to-end solutions for Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements and governance standards. Lead configuration, testing, integration, data migration, and go-live readiness. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors. Ensure compliance with AU/NZ legislation and support implementation across operating companies. What You’ll Bring 5 years of Workday experience (Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking). Proven background in large-scale HRIS transformations. Strong AU/NZ payroll knowledge. Architectural mindset with excellent communication skills.
