BF Panels is a leading collision repair centre located just off the Riverina Highway between Albury and Thurgoona. Our state-of-the-art workshop is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including two full-size Car-O-Liner systems, computerized measuring equipment, three Lowbake spray booths, advanced welding gear, and more.
We're a team of 40 professionals working in a modern, clean facility with onsite towing, storage, and a 4WD retail outlet. With a strong team culture, reliable working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00–4:30), and a family-friendly environment, BF Panels offers the perfect place to build a long-term career with stability.
The Opportunity
* Above-award pay and job security
* Full-time, permanent role – Monday to Friday, 40 hours
* Our workshop is well equipped, spacious, and designed for efficiency – with everything you need to do your best work.
What You'll Do
* Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
* Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
* Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
* Hand over completed repairs to customers.
What We're Looking For
* Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)
* Strong commitment to working safely.
* Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Reliable, hard working and a team player.
