About the role:
Armidale Emergency Department (ED) are excited to recruit Enrolled Nurses into their team as part of the Safe Staffing rollout. You won't be working alone – you will be provided with a thorough orientation process including supernumery days and will also be supported by the Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurse Educators and the Nurse Unit Manager. Armidale is the main hub of the New England High Country and one of Australia's most elegant regional locations, known for its 19th-century churches and heritage architecture. A graceful city of tree-lined streets, Armidale is a five-and-a-half-hour drive from Sydney and less than 90 minutes from Tamworth, with daily flights between Sydney and Armidale taking under an hour.
The area is surrounded by beautiful forests, mountain gorges, national parks, and waterfalls, including Wollomombi Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in Australia.
