About the Role
You'\'ll begin with a manageable portfolio of around 50 properties, with room to expand as your skills and confidence develop. This is a hands-on, end-to-end property management role, covering:
- Routine and final inspections
- Collecting and managing property management accounts
- Tenant and landlord communications
- Using Property Tree and Inspection Manager systems
- Overseeing the daily operations of a residential property portfolio
- Developing and maintaining quality relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
- Handling tenant inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collecting and managing rental accounts
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports
You'll have strong support from our senior property manager, receptionist, and office team every step of the way.
What We're Looking For
- Current WA Property Management registration
- Current driver's licence
- Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
- Real-world experience is an advantage, but not essential - we'll support the right person to grow
- A professional communicator with excellent organisation and teamwork skills
