What you'll be doing:
Manage end-to-end group tour enquiries from first contact to confirmation
Design tailored itineraries for private groups across Australia and overseas
Build strong relationships with clubs, community groups, and organisers
Spend time on the road meeting clients, presenting itineraries, and growing your territory
Coordinate accommodation, transport, attractions, and suppliers
Maintain regular communication around rooming lists, dietary needs, mobility requirements, and final numbers
Manage your sales pipeline and CRM records with accuracy and follow-through
What we're looking for:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence presenting to groups and engaging with new clients
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
Experience in travel, sales, account management, events, or hospitality (preferred)
Exposure to group travel or senior travel markets is a bonus but not essential
