About the role
Bridgestone Select Doreen is seeking a full-time Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Doreen, VIC. As a Motor Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers' cars are safe and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections
- Inspect and test vehicle components to identify and address any problems
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to assess and rectify vehicle faults
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed
- Removing, installing, and balancing tyres on a variety of vehicles
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic, preferably in a similar automotive repair shop environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with staff
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
