Allweld is expanding, and we're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager with tenders, quotes, CRM updates, and day‑to‑day sales administration.
This role suits someone who thrives on structure, enjoys detailed work, and takes pride in producing accurate, well‑organised documentation. If you're reliable, proactive, and great at keeping things on track, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Prepare tender documents, forms, and submission packs
* Assemble quotes using templates and pricing inputs
* Assist with basic estimating under guidance
* Maintain our CRM (Odoo) with accurate notes, tasks, and sales stages
* Run weekly sales cadences and prepare sales reports
* Track open quotes, deadlines, and missing information
* Manage tender libraries, templates, and version control
* Coordinate information from Production, Design, and Purchasing
* Monitor tender portals and flag new opportunities
* Provide general sales admin and support to the Business Development Manager
What You Bring
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, admin, project coordination, or sales support
* Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
* Good numeracy and confidence working with pricing inputs
* Competent with Word, Excel, and PDF document handling
* Excellent organisation, time management, and deadline discipline
* Previous experience with tenders, bids, or structured admin work (preferred)
Nice to Have
* Basic estimating or bill‑of‑materials knowledge
* CRM experience — Odoo highly regarded
