Global Integration company with a diverse product offering is requiring a proven Financial Accountant with Team Management experience.
**The Company**
Market leaders in the home integration space this progressive company is looking for an experienced Accountant to lead their accounting team and take control of local and overseas reporting. This company has a relaxed culture and supports a hybrid home / office working model. Growing via acquisition and organically this is a role whereby you can also grow as a technically proficient Accountant and successful Team Manager.
**The Role**
Located in Melbourne's South-East you will be reporting through to the Country Financial Controller and managing accounts payable, receivable, collections and corporate accounts. Technically strong you will play a key role in month end and year end accounting responsibilities, for Australia and New Zealand, all the way through to reporting to the USA under USGAAP reporting requirements. Other key components of the role will be the management of Fixed Assets and Inventory and ensuring that the General Ledger is clean and reconciled.
**Your Profile**
Ideally you will be CA or CPA qualified and have some overseas reporting experience. Strong with systems any experience you have with SAP Business One will be warmly received. A proven leader of teams you will understand the balance of managing a team and hitting external reporting deadlines. A self-starter you will have the ability to work independently but also possess the art of empowering those around you.
