Job Description

Responsibilities
* Operate within the coal‐clearance area to ensure all work is completed in full compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
* Perform mechanical maintenance on a wide range of underground mining equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
* Contribute to achieving production targets by delivering high‐quality maintenance tasks and promoting a strong, safety‐focused team environment.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Engineering: Mechanical or equivalent
* Current Standard 11 (Surface & Underground)
* Exposure to conveyor system maintenance (e.g., belts, drives, rollers, take ups) is advantageous and will complement the role's mechanical responsibilities.
* Proven mechanical maintenance experience within an underground coal mine
* Experience delivering best practimechanical maintenance
