**Job Title:** Clinical Trial Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team at the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support Research Teams: Provide project coordination and administrative support across various clinical trials.
* Manage Documentation: Prepare and maintain study protocols, operational and regulatory documents for clinical research.
* Assist with Trial Logistics: Support budget and contract administration for research projects.
* Contribute to Participant Recruitment: Assist with screening and enrolment at partner clinical trial sites.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of quality assurance standards and best practices.
You May Be a Great Fit if:
* You have a strong background in clinical trial coordination, with excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulatory requirements.
* You hold a tertiary qualification in Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* You have at least 3 years' experience in clinical trial coordination or an equivalent role.
* You demonstrate experience in budget and contract management for clinical trials.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have a good working knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
* You hold current GCP accreditation.
