We're looking for a Marketing Lead who can shape how DappleOS is understood in the market: bringing our story to life through world-class content, brand discipline, and growth execution.
Position Overview
The Marketing Lead at DappleOS is a senior, hands-on role responsible for building and executing a trust-led, content-driven marketing engine that supports sustainable growth in a healthcare-first, enterprise SaaS environment.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role is accountable for shaping how DappleOS is understood, trusted, and chosen by the market. The Marketing Lead will own brand experience, content creation, lead generation, events, and PR, ensuring marketing maturity keeps pace as DappleOS scales.
This role works within the Growth Team and across DappleOS to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, compelling, and grounded in real customer value.
Core Accountability
The Marketing Lead is accountable for:
* Marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives
* Brand experience for a scale-up company, ensuring consistency, credibility, and trust as DappleOS grows
* Brand positioning and narrative in a healthcare-first, trust-sensitive market
* High-quality demand generation and pipeline contribution
* Product marketing clarity and launch readiness
* PR and external communications, including media, partnerships, and announcements
* Content strategy and hands-on content creation
* Marketing systems, metrics, and operating discipline
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
* Define and own the marketing strategy aligned to Growth targets, company strategy, and the product roadmap
* Shape and lead the DappleOS brand voice across every channel — email, social, web, sales, and product
* Ensure messaging consistently reflects quality, reliability, and clinical credibility
* Translate company strategy into clear quarterly marketing priorities
Content Strategy & Content Creation
* Own and execute a content strategy that builds authority, trust, and demand
* Plan, write, and refine copy that informs, engages, and drives action
* Act as a primary content creator, producing high-quality content including:
* Thought leadership and industry commentary
* Founder- and executive-led content
* Product narratives and use-case storytelling
* Customer case studies and success stories
* Event, conference, and campaign content
* Develop on-brand content and visuals that bring the DappleOS story to life
* Build and manage social content and email journeys that grow audience, engagement, and trust
* Balance hands-on creation with scalable content systems
Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
* Build and execute demand generation programs aligned to Growth priorities
* Working closely with Sales to support predictable pipeline creation
* Focus on lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution
* Use content as a primary lever for lead and sales enablement
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
* Translate product capabilities, roadmap, and quality standards into clear, compelling market messaging
* Collaborate closely with Product and Sales to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling
* Partner with Customer Success to ensure marketing reflects real customer outcomes
* Deliver sales enablement assets including:
* Value propositions
* Product messaging
* Competitive positioning
* Launch and release narratives
* Ensure go-to-market readiness for new product releases, including release notes
Brand, Events & PR
* Build and scale the DappleOS brand experience as the company matures
* Lead event management, including industry conferences, Dapple-hosted events, roadshows, and partnerships
* Own PR marketing, including media relationships, announcements, and external storytelling
* Support founder and leadership visibility through content, PR, and speaking opportunities
* Stay closely connected to the healthcare, regulatory, and compliance landscape to inform timely, credible, and relevant content
Marketing Operations, MarTech & Measurement
* Own and continuously improve the marketing technology stack (MarTech), including CRM and marketing automation (with HubSpot)
* Maintain clean, scalable CRM structure including:
* Lifecycle stages
* Lead status definitions
* Contact/company hygiene
* Segmentation and lists
* Campaign attribution and tracking
* Partner with Sales to ensure HubSpot supports pipeline integrity, including:
* Deal stages and definitions
* SLA follow-up expectations
* Lead handoff workflows
* Build and manage reporting that provides clear visibility into:
* Pipeline contribution
* Conversion rates across funnel stages
* Campaign performance and ROI
* CAC trends and efficiency metrics
* Establish marketing dashboards aligned to the Exec KPI Scorecard to support predictable and measurable growth
Skills & Experience
Required
* 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally within SaaS or technology-led businesses
* Demonstrated experience as a hands-on content creator (strong writing required)
* Strong CRM and marketing automation skills (preferably Hubspot)
* Proven ability to shape and lead brand voice across multiple channels
* Experience supporting demand generation and product marketing initiatives
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Growth, Product, CS)
* Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to guide decisions
Bonus
* Experience in healthcare, cosmetic, or other regulated or trust-sensitive industries
* Experience with PR, events, or community-led marketing
