Due to accelerated business growth, we are looking for a full-time Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to join our Helpdesk team located in Mount Waverley VIC.
We are seeking someone that is confident, enthusiastic, well-spoken and has a can-do attitude.
Requirements
- Previous IT experience
- Exceptional phone manner
- Professional attitude
- Highest level of customer service
- Ability to manage customers expectations
- Self managed / work autonomously
- Natural ability to problem solve & troubleshoot
- A great team player
Skills in the below is advantageous but not mandatory:
- Familiar with remote management software Datto RMM or Auto Task PSA
- Experience in IT Support for the Automotive industry
- Current industry or tertiary qualifications
Role Responsibilities
- Answering the phone and actioning tickets for our customers
- Basic IT Helpdesk support
- Remote and onsite support to our clients
- Computer diagnosis and repairs
- Basic network and configuration skills
- Microsoft product support
- Office 365 maintenance & support
