About the role
The Warehouse Operator / Customer Service is a Full-time position, based at our store in Coffs Harbour - NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse. In this role you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
* To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
* Processing orders, invoices and payments
* Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
* Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
* To assist with deliveries when required.
Your hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm.

* Forklift licence and relevant experience are essential
* Possess a strong work ethic.
* To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
* An eagerness to learn about products and services.
* Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
* Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
* Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
