Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to play a pivotal role in managing employment documentation across multiple jurisdictions, creating templates and drafting/reviewing contracts. This individual will support People-related projects for hybrid and fully remote workers, relocations, and office location changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage global employment documentation, including template creation and contract review.
Support people projects for hybrid and fully remote workers, relocating staff, and office moves.
Align and scale global employment terms, working conditions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with the wider People team.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and communications teams, as well as engage senior stakeholders across the business.
Support due diligence during acquisitions.
Drive cultural assessments, onboarding, and people integration workstreams for newly acquired businesses.
Qualifications & Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience in HR specialist roles with international scope.
Proven experience working with global entities.
Experience supporting people M&A; and integration projects is advantageous.
A strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a track record of creating scalable people processes.
Comfortable navigating complex environments and engaging stakeholders across multiple regions.
