You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment.ResponsibilitiesBe the ER expert: Provide strategic advice to our clients and guidance on all aspects of employment relations, including legislation, awards, and best practices.Partner with passion: Work closely with our clients to assess their documentation and ensure legislative compliance.Knowledge sharer: Create relevant documents such as contracts, handbooks and policies.Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor changes in employment law and advise on their impact on the business.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Advisor or industrial relations role, with a strong focus on face-to-face interaction.A proven ability to resolve complex ER issues with empathy, tact, and a solution-oriented approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.Full working rightsPeninsula PerksEnhanced Leave - up to 25 days in the first year, increasing to a maximum of 31 days at 5 years.Peninsula Profit Share - annual bonus based on business performanceCareer Pathways - structured career pathways for progressionEducation Assistance Program - support for continued developmentThis is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a real impact on the business community in Australia.Peninsula is committed to nurturing a diverse and vibrant workplace.
