Responsibilities
- Planning and overseeing infrastructure maintenance projects across multiple sites (wharfs, marinas, etc.).
- Supervising, mentoring, and coordinating a construction/maintenance team.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and site organisation.
- Overseeing the use, maintenance, and safe operation of tools and machinery.
- Providing regular updates and reports on project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with a background in marine operations.
- Coxswain Grade 1 (essential).
- Vessel operations & GPS plotting/navigation expertise.
- Current First Aid and South Australia driver’s license.
- Minimum visa required: Work Visa. Potential for visa sponsorship for skilled candidates in Australia with current full work rights.
