I am currently seeking an experienced CNC Wood Machinist for two opportunities across the Gold Coast region:
• Ormeau – Residential kitchen manufacturing company
• Burleigh Heads – Commercial shopfitting manufacturer
Both workshops are well-established businesses producing high-quality joinery and cabinetry, offering stable work environments and supportive teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a joinery environment and wants to be part of a team producing quality joinery across residential or commercial projects.
The Role You will be responsible for operating and running CNC machinery, along with edge bander and panel saw, within a busy joinery workshop. The role supports the production of joinery components while ensuring steady workflow to meet project deadlines.
What I Am Looking For
* 4+ years experience operating CNC machinery (wood/joinery environment)
* Experience working within cabinet making, joinery or shopfitting manufacturing
* Ability to work in a production-focused workshop
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Joinery assembly experience highly advantageous
* Reliable and punctual for 6:00AM starts
