- Georgie Keating We are thrilled to be partnering with this global consumer health brand, as they seek a Brand Manager to join them in their Brisbane HQ, on a 12-month FTC.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the go-to-market strategies and the end-to-end management of a major hero and legacy brand within the portfolio. With the mandate of driving the brands connection between consumer and customer, the Brand Manager will look to maximise sales, profitability, and development of the brand through best-in-class brand marketing initiatives, with a focus on refining their digital footprint and overall capability.
As Brand Manager, your major responsibilities and expectations will be:
- To monitor and analyse the consumer healthcare market, to understand market dynamics, drivers and distribution channels, and anticipate market and regional trends
- Gather market intel and analyse data, identifying threats and opportunities that will affect market and brand movement
- Partner with the internal sales team to leverage their insights and market knowledge, not just around own brands, but competitors, too
- Lead the development of the marketing plan, alongside the Senior Brand Manager, including the planning and optimization of marketing activities to ensure strong ROI
- Generate new growth ideas for the brand, supported by expert rationale in line with the market trends, in turn working closely with the Product Innovation team to drive future pipeline
- Routine consultation with the Product Innovation, Sales, Manufacturing and Technical teams, to ensure effective and effective marketing plans are in place
- Collaboration with the digital team, to ensure digital strategies are in line with target markets and audiences, advising and guiding on digital and ecommerce opportunities
This role will partner with an extensive network of internal teams and stakeholders, so expertise is managing projects from ideation through to delivery is key. Further, a sound digital marketing and/or ecommerce ability will be highly regarded, as the brand moves through a time of digital transformation.
Finally, the Brand Manager must possess the ability to multitask, as well as the tenacity to deliver in an evolving and agile working environment.
