Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee and supervise daily store operations, supporting and developing their team to deliver outstanding service to customers.
This role involves working closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success, coaching and developing team members, living, breathing, and role-modeling genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers, being safety leaders, providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members, and customers, and setting a positive example at all times.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience, demonstrate retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience, ideally with mechanical/automotive parts knowledge. They will also have flexible availability, hold a valid driver's license, prioritize safety, and be able to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous supervisory experience in a retail or trade environment
* Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
* Ideal experience with mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* A valid driver's license
* Prioritization of safety and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
