Job Overview:
The role of Senior Support Manager involves leading after-sales support and managing the service network across Australia and New Zealand.
* Establish, maintain, and manage the Service Network in ANZ
* Manage the Service Division and product quality initiatives
* Drive contract management and product support development
* Coordinate field service activities and training
* 1–2 years of experience with electrical product management, technical support and service industry experience, and managing a field service network
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including face-to-face training in a technical capacity
* Strong organizational skills, able to work independently and prioritize workloads
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, ERP, eCommerce, CRM or service management platforms preferred)
* Familiarity with consumer regulations for ANZ
