Research Librarian

You will be a part of our Knowledge & Practice Services (KPS) team based in Sydney and deliver a high‐quality legal and business research service, ensuring lawyers are kept up to date with all relevant legal developments and business insights for their practice groups and clients.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality legal and business research to support lawyers across the firm.
* Work closely with lawyers to provide expert research and current awareness support.
* Develop and deliver training sessions to build research capability.
* Maintain and promote knowledge resources, tools and research platforms to maximise their value and usage.
* Manage the library collection.
* Contribute to firm‐wide knowledge projects and innovation initiatives that improve access to information and support efficient legal service delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of legal information sources, databases and research methodologies.
* Minimum of three years' experience in a research role in a law library or professional services environment.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Eligibility for membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
