Key Role Overview
We seek an experienced Residential Property Sales and Marketing Professional to lead our team. This executive appointment will drive the marketing and sales of residential off-plan and completed stock, including land lots, houses, townhouses, and apartments.
Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for each project.
* Build, manage, and mentor multi-channel sales teams.
* Promote our brands within the Real Estate market.
* Lead and guide the Sales team towards maximizing sales performance.
About You
* Hold proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or Sales Consultant.
* Have in-depth knowledge of the Western Sydney real estate market.
* Be familiar with relevant legislative requirements.
* Possess strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Be results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
* Relevant Real Estate Licences are essential.
* A valid driver's license is required.
