The Opportunity
We are seeking applications from experienced and driven Lead Control Systems Engineers to join our growing team in Gladstone. This role offers the chance to work in a progressive environment that values innovation, professional development, and a balanced lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to define project requirements and scope
* Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of robust control system solutions
* Ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on time
* Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients
* Promote and uphold a strong culture of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)
Experience And Skills
* Background in infrastructure or heavy industrial sectors
* Strong client engagement and communication abilities
* Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
* Experience in control system architecture, design, and development
* Project management expertise including planning and scheduling
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects
Qualifications And Attributes
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in technical design across diverse control system platforms
