The Opportunity
In this role, you will ensure the viability of our manufacturing processes by implementing stable, scalable, and reliable solutions. You will be responsible for the development and introduction of automated manufacturing technologies, ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
Responsibilities include:
* Implementing reliable mechatronic or automated manufacturing processes.
* Supporting supply chain and R&D projects with safe and scalable solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with our quality management system and international regulations.
* Meeting manufacturing strategy by relocating/duplicating processes as needed.
* Reviewing and improving compliance and project/launch outcomes.
* Aligning manufacturing technologies with our long-term strategy.
* Collaborating with process technology teams to develop and test new product concepts.
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation including design specifications, schematics, testing protocols, and reports.
* Executing machine validation activities such as IQ, OQ, and PQ.
* Leading root cause analysis and proposing solutions for timely project delivery.
* Maintaining strong relationships with other internal teams and external partners.
* Working with global supply chain stakeholders to mitigate delivery risks.
* Providing guidance to junior engineers where required.
