Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in removals, logistics, or transport operations.
* Proven leadership or management experience in a similar environment.
* HC Driver's Licence – essential.
* Forklift Licence – essential.
* Strong understanding of container loading and cubic capacity.
* Excellent planning, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
