An exciting opportunity is available for a team support administrator to join a well-known University based on the Gold Coast. This is a 6-month contract, with possibility for extension.
**Your new role**
- Provide diary management and administrative support to members, including arranging and scheduling meetings, responding to invitations, organising venues, visitor parking, catering, preparing AV systems, and documentation to support engagements.
- Provide reception services for visitors using initiative and judgement to handle or refer matters appropriately and welcoming and directing visitors on arrival.
- Provide general administrative and office support services, including processing mail, managing access cards and key registers, photocopying, ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, routine procurement, and preparing routine and ad hoc correspondence, ensuring quality formatting and structure.
- Coordinate office equipment and supplies, manage office maintenance requirements and room bookings and ensure facilities and associated equipment are operational and maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with all aspects of corporate travel arrangements, including accommodation, transfers, car hire and conference bookings.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the office's finances by establishing and maintaining endorsed financial systems and procedures while processing financial transactions (e.g., payment and invoice requests, credit card reconciliation)
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Mandatory previous experience providing administration support
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously and use initiative in the absence of decision-makers to establish work priorities
- Excellent communication skills
