Remuneration: $116,639.98 - $120,469.88 per annum, pro rata

About The Role

Grafton Base Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) Clinical Risk Resource Nurse (CRRN) to coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to patients/clients in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

The CNS2 will provide expert clinical advice and support to nursing staff, other health professionals and patients after hours across wards within facility/service.

Working closely with the After Hours Nurse Manager (AHNM) in supporting the delivery of safe clinical care and addressing identified clinical care issues. The CRRN provides clinical assistance to staff and through demonstrated practice and coaching enables the development of skills and knowledge, particularly amongst novice and advanced beginner nurses and other health professionals as necessary.
