Accounts and Logistics Coordinator at BrightSide Executive Search 
Location: Sydney, Current South Wales, Australia 
Responsibilities 
Manage order flow and ensure prompt and accurate customer service by processing all orders. 
Coordinate with 3PL warehouse partners to manage and deliver stock to customers. 
Track, manage, and record Proof of Delivery (POD) for customer orders. 
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues through accurate order processing and problem-solving. 
Maintain a basic understanding of finance processes, including customer credit limits and status; liaise with Accounts to confirm payments and release sales orders in SAP. 
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures. 
Maintain accurate customer pricing in SAP with Finance support. 
Serve as a liaison between customers, 3PL logistics, and the accounts team. 
Qualifications & Attributes 
Experience in accounts, logistics coordination, or related field. 
Solid communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. 
Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and work in a fast-paced environment. 
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
