Overview
We are an NDIS registered service provider specialising in delivering quality, individualised and adaptable support services to the elderly, mental health, young and old, people living with a disability. We also provide a broad range of services to clients outside the NDIS.
Role
We are seeking an individual to join our team to provide home and garden maintenance services to our veterans and NDIS clients in the community. The role is sub-contracted; you must hold your own ABN and relevant liability insurances or be willing to obtain them.
Responsibilities
- Gutter cleaning
- Internal and external window cleaning
- Smoke alarm checks
- Dusting high cupboards
- Cleaning air conditioner vents and ceiling fans
- Lawn mowing
- Removal of plants/trees
- General odd jobs (but no modifications)
- Call clients and book in a suitable time as per the service plan; majority of services to be completed within 4-12 weeks after receiving information
- Sub-contracting position – work for yourself
- Extremely flexible – week off if needed
- Fully supportive team recognition of hard work

Qualifications & Requirements
- Disability DCSI, NDIS Workers Check and/or National Criminal Record Check
- Driver’s Licence and reliable car
- Own tools
- ABN and relevant liability insurances (or willingness to obtain)
Contract & Work Arrangements
Sub-contracting position – you are self-employed. Flexible scheduling accommodated where possible.
