Oliveri is a proudly Australian brand with a strong reputation across kitchen, bathroom and laundry products. We're looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Sales Executive to take ownership of the Victorian market, with a strong focus on major retail accounts.
This role is suited to a seasoned sales professional who understands complex retail environments and knows how to drive performance in a competitive, price-sensitive market.
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of large retail customers across Victoria. Key responsibilities include:
* Full accountability for sales performance across the Victorian territory
* Managing and growing strategic retail partnerships (e.g. national and large-format retailers, plumbing and trade distribution groups)
* Developing and executing account plans to drive profitable growth
* Negotiating commercial agreements, promotions, ranging and space
* Identifying new opportunities despite challenging market conditions
* Providing accurate forecasting, reporting and market insights
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver on customer commitments
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* Proven experience in senior sales or account management roles, ideally within retail, trade, or wholesale environments
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage large, complex accounts
* A track record of delivering results in a tough or highly competitive market
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management and influencing skills
* Confidence engaging at senior levels, both internally and with customers
* High levels of accountability, resilience and self-motivation
Experience in plumbing products, building products or related categories is highly regarded but not essential — strong sales capability and market savvy are the priority.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
