About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality/Site Administrator to join our team delivering a major pipeline project in Rockhampton.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Safety & Environment Support: Maintain and update compliance documentation and records for the Quality team. Assist in tracking and reporting compliance with management systems, corporate policies, and statutory requirements. Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
2. Quality System Administration: Support the delivery of Quality team outputs by maintaining project KPI tracking systems and documentation. Assist in budget monitoring and reporting for quality activities. Maintain and update quality management documentation including IPMP and QMP records.
3. Process and System Support: Assist in maintaining current policy and system documentation updates. Support the identification and evaluation of improvement opportunities by preparing analyses and benchmarking reports. Coordinate communication of system changes to team members and maintain distribution records.
4. Operational Functions: Maintain quality control documentation and site records to support a 'get it right first time' culture. Assist in tracking client requirements and regulatory compliance documentation for ISO standards.
5. Support Monitoring and Auditing Schedule: Coordinate inspections, maintain ITP documentation, and manage Hold Point process records. Assist in preparing draft NCR documentation and coordinate with engineering teams.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Coordinate Toolbox Talk scheduling and maintain training records. Assist in preparing and reviewing ITPs and other quality documents.
