In this fast paced role, you will
* Manage key customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery
* Prepare quotes and sales documentation
* Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues
* Utilise sales tools (e.g. MPro, BRP, Customer Margin Report) for data analysis
* Track sales activities and report on KPIs (e.g. sales, margin, DIFOT)
* Review and manage DIFOT reports and processes
* Leverage product knowledge to support customer purchasing decisions
* Monitor market trends and share competitive insights
* Engage with the CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities
* Maintain strong website knowledge for online sales support
* Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve technical expertise
