Duties:
Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
· Ensure guests are met and greeted
· Ensure guests’ specific needs and expectations are met during their time on the Ensure property.
· Ensuring accurate orders for both food and beverage are taken & communicated to the kitchen & bar
· Ensure that an appropriate level of technical skills (plate handling, wine presentation and opening, table clearing, coffee making, etc) are demonstrated to the guests including the service of all food & beverage.
· Ensure that guests are farewelled to a standard that will deliver a positive last impression.
· Ensure that any return guests are noted and referred to the Restaurant Duty Manager.
