**Our Search Criteria**:We are seeking a dynamic & positive _Thought-Leader _to Manage our Practice - manage Doctor schedules and lead our small team
- Previous experience managing a Cosmetic Medical / Surgical Practice and confidence in managing teams is essential.
**About Us**:Our Practice is a private, doctor owned and led business. We offer our patients ultimate care and safety, utilising the latest cosmetic treatments & procedures - both surgical and non-surgical.
**Ideally you will have**:
- Past experience in scheduling cosmetic and surgical procedures
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Confidence in implementing new business initiatives
- Competence in business reporting
- Interest in being involved in marketing initiatives
