Exceptional opportunity for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to make the move to Current Zealand- This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.
Role Profile
- Our client is a top-tier New Zealand firm and their banking practice is regarded as the market leader for the region.
- Work on offer will include: sustainable finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance, structured lending, securitisation, derivatives, project and infrastructure finance, insolvency and debt restructuring.
- The role will involve working with leading sponsors, banks, non-bank lenders, and investment banks and domestic and international corporate enterprises.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ PQE and a background in banking or financial services.
- Team player and with strong client managementskills.
- Passion for banking and finance law and be able to communicate with peers and clients at all levels.
