Based in Currumbin, our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive/ Personal Assistant to join the team.
**Your new role**
- Reconciling invoices into XERO
- Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling and organising appointments, and travel arrangements.
- General office management duties; taking calls etc and the first point of contact with Integrated Powerhouse and our clients
- Organising and scheduling our electrical team
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers daily to ensure stock control
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong knowledge of XERO
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Account experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
