Sussex Legal is a small law firm specialising in Estate Law located in Guildford WA. We are looking for a law student or recent graduate to join our team as a solicitor or Law Clerk. Work undertaken may count towards Practical Legal Training hours.
Responsibilities
You will be mentored by a solicitor and your duties will include:
* Assisting with estate planning documents, affidavits and court documents;
* Assisting with correspondence;
* Various administrative duties;
* Attending court.
Selection Criteria
Essential
* Ability to work under the supervision of legal practitioners;
* Dressing neatly;
* polite and respectful manners;
* familiarity with microsoft office;
* Available to work flexible hours and days.
Preferred
* Interest in estate law.
